The College of Physiotherapists of Alberta is currently conducting a review of its communication practices.
The objective of this review is to understand how to best communicate with registrants and other interested parties to ensure key communications are accessible, useful, and have their desired effect; and to develop a communication strategy for the future.
As part of this review, the College has contracted Incite, an Edmonton-based strategy firm, to conduct a survey of registrants to gain a better understanding of the College’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, especially as it pertains to communications.
Individual responses will be kept completely anonymous. Results will be analyzed by Incite and presented to the CPTA as aggregate findings.
The Survey will remain open until December 10, 2023.
