2026/2027 Fee Schedule
Council approved maintaining registration fees at their current levels for the 2026/2027 registration year. The fee schedule will remain unchanged from 2025/2026. This marks the eighth consecutive registration year in which fees have remained unchanged, with the last fee increase occurring in 2018.
Election of Officers and Appointment of Members for Executive Committee and Governance Committee
Jon Gabbai was elected Chair and Lisa Evren was elected Vice-Chair.
In addition to the Chair and Vice-Chair, Sean Schaffer and Heather Bredy were appointed as Members-at-Large on the Executive Committee.
The Governance Committee consists of Michael Stewart, Gina Ursulak, Sean Schaffer, and Crystal MacLellan. Gina Ursulak was appointed Chair of the Governance Committee.
Council extends its sincere thanks to Melissa Merritt for her dedication and contributions during the three years she served as Chair of Council.
2025 Annual Report
Council approved the 2025 Annual Report.
Auditor Appointment
In accordance with Bylaw 46(2), Council is required to appoint an auditor. Council has appointed KBH LLP Chartered Professional Accountants as the College's auditor.
Strategic Planning
Council participated in a strategic planning session in June and will continue this work at a second session in September. These discussions will help shape CPTA's strategic direction as it continues to advance its regulatory mandate.
